ReplyDeleteI was searching for information on fatigue for my 14yo son and came across your blog. Thank you for sharing your experience. I didn't see mention of your diet. Eliminating processed food, especially those filled with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, and eating real whole foods and healthy fats can make a huge difference.
ReplyDeleteMy sister and I have just read through your whole blog. She has had CFS since January 2011 after contracting tonsillitis. Many of the things you have written about she has also experienced and this has given her great comfort. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI've had CFS since I was 11 or 12 and it was triggered by strep throat. I was in and out of school and have finally been homeschooled for almost 2 and a half years (I am 16 almost 17 now). It is comforting to be able to come here and read from someone else that knows how CFS feels. Oh and by the way, I have that quote on a t-shirt :D

ReplyDeleteHiv disease for the last 3 years and had pain hard to eat and cough are nightmares,especially the first year At this stage, the immune system is severely weakened, and the risk of contracting opportunistic infections is much greater. However, not everyone with HIV will go on to develop AIDS.
